You might want to read the article again. Nowhere did I assert there is not glass ceiling. On the contrary, it exists, but not for women; it is more nuanced than that. Excuse my emphasis:

THE GLASS CEILING DOES NOT AFFECT WOMEN; IT AFFECTS PEOPLE OF EITHER SEX OR GENDER WHO HAVE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY FOR CARING FOR CHILDREN.

The pay differential between genders almost fully explained by normative social roles. Women do not tend to go into the dull dirty and dangerous jobs that pay well, which is why men make up about 92% of occupational fatalities year in an year out. Men are giving their lives for so women can enjoy a standard of living they do not earn.

I suspect that you hold conspiracy theories very close and that information that conflicts with your existing emotionally driven views is rejected. (This is called “confirmation bias”.)

I would be more than happy to direct you to reliable sources so you can get the information you need to carry on a discussion of these issues, but I do not think you would be interested.

In short, if you want to argue you need find someone else to argue with.
