Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts. I'm actually encouraged with recent events. Last month fully 3% of the labor force quit their jobs, just in time for the big box stores to agree to move to a 24/7 operation. If they want these people to work graveyard at Target, wages are going to have to increase dramatically. That might cause inflation, but that's a sign of increasing demand and an expanding economy. Wages have fallen behind inflation for decades, so maybe that will change. Fifty percent of American earns less than about $40,000 a year. That’s just unacceptable!
