I wrote that article back in January, long before C-19 made the news. I’m naturally optimistic, so maybe I was a little premature about getting past that dark crucible. The sense of change might of been the crisis we are now entering.

Just the same, I think we will emerge from this in a few years, scarred but better for it. This crisis might be what we need to finally break from the economy and technologies of the 19th century, and start building a foundation for our kids and grandkids can use to enter the 22nd century.
