I agree with you and put the blame on the primary education system. It is concerned only with compliance, submission to authority and obedience. Critical thinking and questioning authority are nowhere to be found in our public schools — and to a large extent, our public higher education institutions. I’ve been enrolled in many schools and am convinced that there is more intellectual freedom in private Christian schools than public universities. That really surprised and disappointed me.
